Thinking about bespoke? Here are a few things to think about before getting in touch.
What date do you need your jewellery for?
Time taken to create handmade jewellery can vary significantly depending on how complicated the design is and what other bespoke items I am working on. I would recommend you get in touch around 8 - 12 weeks in advance where this is possible, but don't worry as timescales will always be discussed with you at the point of contact. If there is space to manage your project on short notice I will always do my best to fit you in.
What budget would you ideally like to spend on your bespoke item?
When creating bespoke jewellery there are considerable variables that can have a huge impact on the price of your jewellery. For example the level of complexity that is included in making the piece as this increases the making and designing time, the weight of precious metals used, and also the quality and size of precious stones. Knowing a rough budget in advance allows me to have a better understanding of your needs so I can explore what options are available with you.
What kind of jewellery are you looking for?
It is helpful if you can share any ideas you already have for your bespoke piece. This could be the type of jewellery you would like for example a ring, the metals, stones or even a theme that is important to the lucky person who will be receiving the jewellery.
